I’m Bau. You can just call me by my English name, Rebecca. I’m from Taiwan. 


I’m a junior majoring in finance at National Taipei University of Business. 

In my leisure time, I like hiking, camping, watching movies or makeup tutorial videos. 🎬

I’ve a lot of experience in camping over the years. 🏕 


I always enjoy the time with family and friends.




    


Besides, I adopted two lovely cats. 


They are Tiger and Ben.🐾🐱


I love taking pictures of them. 


They like to sleep on my lap when I sit on the sofa.

  Today , I want to share some information about body language. The COVID-19 pandemic changed not only the way we live , but also the way we learn. After having an online class , I found some information about body language and read the article called 8 Top Tips For Improving Your Body Language During Virtual Meetings . The importance of body language is that it assists us in understanding what the person is saying. Body language also helps interpret peoples ’ moods and emotions. After attending many online meetings and presentations , I think Hand gestures and Smile are two of the important aspects of body language I want to improve the most.  《 Hand gestures 》 Use your hands when you are speaking to others throughout the meetings.  This makes it seem like you are confident and enthusiastic about the conversation you are having.  《 Smile and nod 》 Make sure your classmates know you are present and listening by smiling and nodding throughout the conversation....

#4 Steve Jobs’ 2005 Standford Commencement Address

  Today I want to share some information about Steve Jobs' speech at Stanford University in 2005. 💭 It ’ s a motivational commencement speech.  Steve Jobs  tells different stories of love , death , and difficulty he faced in his life. At the beginning , the quote added an element of humor to his speech , which also made the audience laugh. His talk resonate powerfully with me. One of the most important life lessons I can take from Steve Jobs is to love what I do.    “ Find what you love and love what you do. “     This is one of my favorite quotes. It inspires me a lot. I even put it on the back of my phone case to remind myself.  I ’ m majoring in finance because I want to enter the finance industry. And I wish I could find the jobs that I can truly love.
